nx777 Terms & Conditions

1.1  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nx777. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1.2  These Terms should be read together with the nx777 Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms applicable to specific promotions, and any Game-Specific Rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific rule shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

1.3  nx777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-account notification.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing the Platform's operations.
• "Platform" means the nx777 website (nx777.app), all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services provided thereunder.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing the Platform or placing wagers is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.

3.1  Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and cannot be waived under any circumstances. nx777 reserves the right to request government-issued Philippine identification at any stage to verify age compliance.

3.2  Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3  Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details is grounds for immediate Account suspension and criminal referral where applicable under Philippine law.

3.4  Jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.

3.5  KYC Verification. nx777 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to conduct identity verification on all Account holders. You agree to submit requested KYC documents — including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — within the timeframes specified by the Platform. Failure to complete KYC may result in Account restrictions, including withdrawal holds.

4.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4.2  nx777 will never contact you by email, SMS, or chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from nx777 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.3  You agree to notify nx777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. nx777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4  nx777 implements industry-standard TLS encryption, suspicious login detection, OTP verification for sensitive account operations, and session management controls to protect your Account. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

5.1  Accepted Payment Methods. nx777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nx777 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

5.2  Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and displayed at the time of transaction. nx777 may adjust deposit limits based on account status, KYC level, or regulatory requirements.

5.3  Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. nx777 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Platform's payment information section. Withdrawals will only be issued to payment methods previously used to fund the Account or to verified methods in the Account holder's name.

5.4  Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your nx777 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. nx777 is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and to PAGCOR.

5.5  Unclaimed Balances. Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) months or more without any wagering activity may be subject to inactivity fees as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. nx777 will notify Account holders via registered email before applying inactivity fees.

6.1  nx777 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — which are published alongside each offer.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Real-money funds in your Account are used before bonus funds in all transactions unless the Platform specifies otherwise.

6.3  Bonus Abuse. nx777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering requirement risk, using automated software to exploit promotions, or any coordinated activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds cancelled and associated winnings forfeited.

6.4  nx777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled due to technical errors or circumstances beyond our control, affected players will be notified and any applied bonus funds will be reversed.

7.1  Game Outcomes. All random number generator (RNG) game outcomes are produced by independently certified random number generation systems. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical dealing under controlled studio conditions. nx777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2  Malfunction. In the event of a software or system malfunction that affects a game in progress, the affected round will be voided and any stakes placed will be returned to the Player's Account. nx777 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a bona fide technical malfunction.

7.3  Disputed Outcomes. If a Player disputes a game result, they must contact support within 72 hours of the outcome. nx777 will investigate using server logs, game records, and third-party provider data. The decision of nx777, following investigation, is final and binding.

7.4  Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by nx777's Sports Betting Rules, which are published in the Platform's sports section. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement of a sports wager, the rules applicable at the time the bet was placed shall govern.

8.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Platform games or to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations;
• Registering an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your Account;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain unauthorized advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

8.2  nx777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold and forfeit all associated balances, and to refer the matter to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or relevant law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

9.1  nx777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. We encourage all players to gamble for entertainment purposes only, within their means, and never to chase losses.

9.2  Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from their Account settings at no cost and with immediate effect upon activation: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

9.3  Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may activate self-exclusion directly through Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are irreversible for their stated duration. During self-exclusion, nx777 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including email marketing opt-out.

9.4  For additional support, players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to seek assistance from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation's responsible gaming resources and other recognized problem gambling support organizations operating in the Philippines.

10.1  All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the nx777 brand name and trade dress — is the property of nx777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3  Any unauthorized use of Platform content, including systematic scraping of odds data, reproducing game interfaces, or imitating the nx777 brand, will be treated as an infringement of our intellectual property rights and pursued accordingly.

11.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nx777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) the use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any Platform downtime or technical errors; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (d) any gambling outcomes.

11.2  nx777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nx777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.4  The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." nx777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, although we take reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security.

12.1  nx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; (c) required by PAGCOR or another competent authority; (d) the Account is the subject of a legal dispute; or (e) the Account holder is found to be deceased.

12.2  Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nx777 may withhold and forfeit any Account Balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where closure is for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

12.3  You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, your verified Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Closure of an Account does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

13.1  nx777 may amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to registered Account holders via the email address on file or through an in-Platform notification. Minor amendments (such as formatting changes or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may be made without separate notice.

13.2  The current version of these Terms, as published on this page with the date of last update, is the operative version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

14.1  These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2  Any dispute between you and nx777 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms of PAGCOR.

14.3  Internal Complaints Procedure. Players who wish to raise a complaint should contact nx777 support in the first instance. nx777 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with their published procedures.
